Why is our MediaWatch and our Editor in Chief Dr.S.Ramananda the Targets of Repeated Attacks from our Politicians and the People working for the Central Government?Yesterday was a Nightmare for our MediaWatch Team as the Only BSNL Wireless Data Card Our Editor had in the Absence of an Alternative Reliance Data Card which had gone for repair became slow like a Tortoise on his Computer when he was about to Post the MediaWatch Matter we had sent to his Attention on his Current Issues Websites in Weebly.Com and Angelfire.com.

The Impact of the Slow Server was so Huge that we were forced to retrieve Data which disappeared from our Weebly.Com Website and reorganize our Angelfire Website where our Current Issues of MediaWatch is published.

The Most Important Question that haunts us is this.Why does our Websites come under Attack and we are prevented from discharging our Duties when we write anything against the Modi Government or his Party the BJP?

When Modi and his BJP were in the Opposition his Software and Computer Army used to attack us wherever possible and now when they are in Power at the Centre they use all their Official Machinery under their Government against us.

So does that Mean our Editor Dr.Ramananda and we as Reporters must never Expose any Truth about the BJP or its Head who is the Prime Minister of India Mr Narendra Modi?

Should we be like the Rest of the Print and Electronic Media who have made it a Habit to Praise and Flatter Mr Modi to extract Favours from his Government in Power at the Centre?

WHY THE MODI WAVE EFFECT IN EVERY ELECTONS IS DEPENDENT UPON THE ABSENCE OR PRESENCE OF UNITY AMONG SECULAR NON BJP PARTIES.

One of the Biggest Myth floated by the BJP and its Allies and its Supporters and its Friendly Print and Electronic Media is the Myth that Modi Wave will sweep all the Non BJP Parties off their Feet in Every Elections to give a Handsome Majority to the BJP.

In this Article today We are about to Bust that Modi Wave Myth to all our Readers telling them that all the Victory that BJP led by Modi has got so far is due to the Politics of Hatred which they have practiced to Polarize certain Sections of the Hindu Vote in the Indian Voter Population which helps them to translate into Large Number of Seats in Elections provided if and only if the Non BJP Secular Parties Vote Banks are hopelessly divided.

Before we analyze the Maharashtra and Haryana Assembly Polls which concluded today Let us First take into Consideration the National Elections to the Lok Sabha which concluded in May 2014 which has been attributed to the Modi Wave Effect sweeping the Nation.

The BJP and its Pre Poll Allies won more than 330 Seats in the Lok Sabha out of 543 but do you know how much Vote Percentage they got from the Voter Population?Anywhere ranging from 30% to 40% Vote Percentage.But how come the Non BJP Parties which got a Vote Percentage ranging from 60% to 70% managed to get only more than 200 Seats out of 543?This is the Funny Thing of the Electoral Mathematics in Representative Democracy.Let us presume that India had a Presidential Form of Government where Voters directly Elected their Leader who would be the President of India who would have the same powers as the Prime Minister of India.Let us assume that Mr Narendra Modi would be the Candidate for the Post of the President with Supreme Powers to Rule India on behalf of his Party the BJP and their Allies and all the Non BJP Parties which includes the Congress led UPA fielded a Common Candidate in the Presidential Polls and no Prizes for guessing as to who would have won the Elections as it would be the Common Candidate fielded against Mr Modi securing anywhere between 60% to 70% of Votes with Modi getting only 30% to 40% of the Votes.Is it not so?

So why then the Non BJP Parties got defeated in the Parliamentary Democracy Elections where Members of the Lok Sabha elected by the People of India choose the Prime Minister of India?

We will Explain.

Let us say there is a 10 Member Executive Committee of a Club empowered to Elect their President and Let us say all the 10 Members stand for Elections for getting Elected as the President.Do you know who will Win when all Candidates Vote for themselves for getting Elected as President except for One Candidate who makes the Winner Possible?The Candidate who gets just Two Votes out of Ten Votes cast in the Elections where One Vote is cast by him only and another Vote got from Another Candidate who sacrifices his own Vote to make him Win in the Ten Member Executive Committee who Vote in the Election.So that is why when any Member of Legislature gets Elected in India the Vote Percentage polled for or against him does not Matter but the Vote Division against him really Matters.

So hold your Breath Dear Indian Voters and do not go by the Exit Poll Fancy Numbers which is varying from One Survey Agency to another and wait till Counting Day in the State Assembly Polls which concluded in Maharashtra and Haryana States which witnessed Multi Cornered Poll Contests and concluded today.You may still be Surprised by the Actual Results it may throw up eventually.

Now what happened to the BJP in By Polls held in Uttar Pradesh,Bihar and Karnataka where they experienced Shock Defeats after the Massive Victory they got in the Lok Sabha Polls in 2014 in those States itself?

In Uttar Pradesh BSP of Mayawathi dropped out of the Electoral Race which favoured Samajawadi Party of Mulayam Singh Yadav against the BJP in the U.P By Polls.

In Bihar the Combination of RJD,JD(U) and Congress beat the BJP in the By Polls.

In Karnataka State JD(S) not contesting the By Polls helped the Congress to beat the BJP.

In Lok Sabha 2014 the BJP with all its Modi Wave Myth was not able to make any mark in the States of Kerala,Tamil Nadu,West Bengal and Odisha as it did not have sufficiently Polarized Hindu Votes to Counter the Non Hindu Votes in those States.

So even if the Exit Poll Projections today turns out to be right and the BJP manages to get Victories in Maharashtra State and Haryana State it is not because of any Modi Wave but because of a Five Way Split in Votes in Maharashtra and Four Way Split in Votes in Haryana in the Elections.

Even if all the Hard Core Modi Followers and Supporters vouch for the Modi Wave and challenge us we at MediaWatch will challenge them to a Mock Presidential Elections in India and ask Modi representing the BJP and his Allies to be pitted against any Candidate by all Non BJP Parties in India and if He Wins that Mock Elections by securing Majority of the Votes of the Electorate in India we will bow to them and agree with them Lock,Stock and Barrel.

Do you know that ISRO has launched its Third Satellite into Geostationary Orbit which is a Part of the 7 Satellite System which is 3 in Geostationary Orbit and 4 in Geosynchronous Orbit which could enable India to get its own Geo Positioning Satellite System(GPS) like the USA?

When did they do that He innocently asked us?On 1.32 A.M. today at their Sriharikota Launch Centre and once they Successfully Launch all their 7 Satellites they will join the Exclusive Space Club of USA,Russia,Europe and China who have their own GPS.

Do not blame the Man for his Ignorance on the Historic Launch of ISRO which has become the Pride of India recently making India a Space Power to reckon with in the Entire World but on the Mainstream Media who gave Huge Coverage of India's Mission to Mars just because the Prime Minister of India Mr Narendra Modi took active participation in watching the Final Successful Moments of that Mission in Bangalore on 24th September 2014 but gave Scant or practically No Coverage for the ISRO's Navigational Satellite Launch in Sriharikota in Andhra Pradesh State in India.

There are so many Scientific Developments happening in India which is worth taking note of but the Indian Media turns a Blind Eye for all those Developments for reasons best known to them.All the Great Scientific Contributions made by Dr.Ramananda our Editor which has taken the Entire Globe to a New Science Age and Post Modern Physics Era the Entire Indian Media along with the Government at the Centre led by Modi has completely ignored for all Practical Purposes for Reasons best known to them.

Our Editor Dr.Ramananda purchased the Music CD of the Film Happy New Year which is an Hindi Film which is a Home Production of Hindi Superstar Shah Rukh Khan which is yet to be released in the Theatres.He did not open the CD for a long time to listen to its Song in any CD Player and was shocked to find out when He opened the Music CD Package to find out it had no Music CD inside and promptly returned the CD Package without a CD inside it to the Shop Keeper to get a New CD Package with a CD inside it.The CD Package without a CD inside was like the Emperor who was presumed to be wearing Clothes but in reality had no Clothes at all.

So Readers might be asking what we are Hinting at through all these Examples.We are suggesting that certain Results in some Elections certain Politicians and Vested Interests publicize to Voters as though they have wiped out the Opposition once and for all in the Elections.

Ladies and Gentlemen 94 Lakh Ninety Six Thousand and One Hundred and Forty Four Voters voted for the Congress in the State of Maharashtra in the 2014 Assembly Polls and Twenty Five Lakh Fifty Seven Thousand Nine Hundred and Forty Voters voted for the Congress in the State of Haryana and are all these Votes got by the Congress disappeared into Non Existence in the Eyes of the BJP and its Friendly Media to ensure a Congress Free India?

These Votes might have not translated into required Number of Assembly Seats to Win the State Assembly Polls for the Congress Party but that does it mean that you call Two Facile Victories in Two States for the BJP a Modi Tsunami which has ensured a Congress Free India?Are these People not fooling you Dear Indian Voters like the Tailors who stitched nothing for the Emperor and his Loyalists who claim to see Clothes on an otherwise Naked Body of the Emperor which only an Innocent Child can see or know?Is it not like the Empty Music CD package our Editor Dr.Ramananda bought from a Music Shop without a CD inside?

Any Political Party which wishes to destroy its Political Opposition by hook or by crook does not preserve Democracy but promotes Dictatorship.So what should we tell about Modi and his Party the BJP?By calling for a Congress Free India are they promoting Democracy or Dictatorship?So many Crores of Voters in India even today Vote for the Congress in Elections in India and by asking for a Congress Free India are they not slapping on the Face of the Congress Voter and Supporter in India?

Let us give you Statistics from the Election Results in the State of Maharashtra and the State of Haryana which will give you the Reality of the so called Modi Wave his supporters are talking about before we wind up this Article.

In Maharashtra State BJP got 27.8% of the Popular Vote Share but winded up getting 122 Seats out of 288 Seats in the Maharashtra Assembly.In Sharp Contrast the Congress with 18% of the Vote Share got only 42 Seats,Nationalist Congress Party(NCP) its Former Ally with 17.2% Vote Share 41 Seats and if we take into consideration 4.7% of Votes got by Independents and 2.3% of Votes got by the BSP and add it to the Tally of the Congress and NCP we will get 32.2% of Vote Share which is enough to get Absolute Majority in the Maharashtra State Assembly ahead of the BJP which could be forced to Sit in the Opposition with Shiv Sena and the MNS.Is it not so?

Division of Secular Votes was the key cause for the BJP to become the Single Largest Party in the Maharashtra State Assembly which includes the Spat and Split in the Congress and the NCP Alliance which ruled the State for 15 long years and not any Modi Wave or Saffron Surge.Please take Note.

In Haryana State the BJP barely managed to cross the Majority Mark by securing 33.2% of the Popular Vote Share to get 47 out of 90 Seats.The Congress with 20.6% of Votes got only 15 Seats and the Indian National Lok Dal(INLD) of Chautala got 24.1% of the Votes to get only 19 Seats.Now just add the Vote Share of both the Congress and INLD and you will get 44.7% of the Votes cast in Haryana and 44.7% of Votes giving only 34 out of 90 Seats and 33.2% getting 47 Seats out of 90 Seats for the BJP?Modi Wave in Action in Haryana or the Play of Divisive Electoral Arithmetic in Indirect Democracy in India.Voters in India please decide.

What is the Crucial Reason for BJP to make Huge Gains in the State of Haryana which is predominantly known as the Jat Belt where Jats form the Agricultural Community in the Northern Hindi Belt of India?

HOW MODI'S PAWAR BACKSTABBED CONGRESS INTO DEFEAT IN MAHARASHTRA STATE IN THE 2014 ASSEMBLY POLLS?

For a while Forget all the Betrayal in Modern Day History and even the Betrayal experienced by Tipu Sultan at the Hands of his own Minister in his own Cabinet Mir Sadiq who also served as a General in the Mysore Army who along with the Finance Minister Dewan Purnaiah helped the British to win the War against Tipu Sultan which eventually led to his Death in the Siege of Srirangapatna in 1799 A.D.

There was a Great Betrayal in the State of Maharashtra in the Assembly Polls of 2014 where the Victory of the BJP there has been ascribed by the Indian Media due to the Modi Wave,Amit Shah's Political Skills and Congress Under Performance in the Elections.But the Real Cause for the Defeat that the Congress experienced in the Elections as Tipu Sultan experienced in History at the Hands of the British Empire in the Mysore War which nobody wants to talk about is the Betrayal of one of the Closest and Staunchest Ally of the Congress Party the Nationalist Congress Party led by the Maratha Strongman Mr Sharad Pawar which shared Power with the Congress for 15 Years and made Congress do the Unthinkable like Banning Dance Bars to Orchestrating Scams in Maharashtra State and Increasing Food Prices and Food Inflation with Erratic and Wrong Agricultural and Food Policies which was more favourable to Middle Men then Farmers while Pawar served as Union Agricultural Minister under the Dr.Manmohan Singh Government.

Do you know why the BJP ditched their Long Term Ally the Shiv Sena to go alone in the Maharashtra Assembly Polls risking a Division of the Saffron and Hindu Votes?

Based on Lok Sabha Elections 2014 Statistics in Maharashtra the BJP calculated how many Number of Seats it would get if Assembly Polls would be held on its own under the Leadership of Amit Shah and then how much Shiv Sena would get if it contested Elections on its own.Then they realized they can get Seats near to the Majority Mark they decided to take a Calculated Risk of breaking off from their Long Term Alliance Partner the Shiv Sena but what if their risk backfired and they would fall well short of the Absolute Majority Mark in spite of emerging as the Single Largest Party?What if they and the Shiv Sena going alone in the Elections would be defeated yet again by the United Congress-NCP Alliance which would not experience any Vote Division in the Polls unlike the Split Saffron Combine?

In order to materialize the Amit Shah led BJP's Winning Strategy the breaking of the Congress-NCP Alliance was a must with NCP emerging as a Secret Ally of the BJP propping it up in case they fell short of the Majority Mark in the Elections to form a Government with the required numbers after the Assembly Polls.

So even without the Shiv Sena the NCP could be used as a bargaining Chip by the BJP in order to force the Shiv Sena to Toe their Line and allow them to rule Maharashtra in a Post Poll Scenario.

So a Secret Deal of Post Poll Alliance was struck with Sharad Pawar's NCP and Modi Led BJP and as soon as BJP and Shiv Sena parted ways without wasting a Minute Longer they ditched the Congress to send them not only for spiraling to Defeat but to ensure that BJP emerges as the Largest Political Party in Maharashtra State even without the Shiv Sena.

Now the Cat is out of the Bag.Sharad Pawar and his NCP states that they are supporting the BJP unconditionally from outside to ensure a Stable Government in Maharashtra in the Post Poll Scenario where the BJP has fallen short of Majority.No Surprises at all in their Decision.

So all you Secular Voters out there who Voted for the NCP for keeping Saffron Forces at bay in the State you have not only been back stabbed and betrayed but share the same fate with the Shell Shocked Congress whose Ally Betrayal has also sent their Party tumbling to Defeat in the Elections.

This is not the First Time the Congress has been back stabbed and betrayed by a Secular Ally to allow a Party which had no Political Base in a State to come to power for the First Time in that State as it was betrayed by the Janatha Dal (S) led by Kumaraswamy who happened to be the Son of the Former Prime Minister of India Mr H.D.Devegowda who made Secularism his very Breath in his Life.

The BJP which had no Political Base in the South in Karnataka State got their Foothold there when Kumaraswamy led JD(S) broke away from the Congress to join hands with them to form a Government in that State to later allow the BJP to come to power on their own in the State by dividing the Secular Vote there under the Leadership of Mr Yeddyurappa.

In Haryana many Jat Leaders of the Congress were bought over by Amit Shah's BJP along with their Jat Followers who were Brainwashed to Hate Muslims by the BJP in the Post Muzzaffarnagar Riots in Uttar Pradesh.BJP which hardly got 4 Seats in the Last Elections and had no Political Base in Jat Dominated Haryana romped home with 47 Seats in the 2014 Polls thanks to the Great Jat Betrayal that back stabbed the Congress.

In Uttar Pradesh,Delhi and Rajasthan the Jat Betrayal cost the Congress heavily while giving a Bumper Crop of Seats for the BJP in the Lok Sabha Polls of 2014.

Once upon a Time India was conquered by the British Empire by using the Divide and Rule Policy which split Hindus and Muslims Right,Left and Centre in the Indian Sub Continent which led to the Birth of Three Nation States instead of one and made Kashmir a Burning Problem which we are struggling to deal with even today with Four Wars fought over it by us already with Pakistan and today India has been conquered by the RSS Led BJP whose Divide and Rule Policy where Back Stabbing and Betrayal of Allies and Friends is Common Place which makes them no different from the British who ruled India in the Past.

If Divide and Rule and Betrayals and Hindu-Muslim Discords helps get Conquests and Victories in Elections used both by the BJP and the British should we call it Modi Wave sweeping the Congress off its feet in India?

So why did Mr Terry Walsh resign as Chief Coach of the Indian Hockey Team?What Circumstances forced him to take this Drastic Step and Decision?We will tell you.

Although Mr Walsh offered a variety of reasons his Real Reason was He found it suffocating to work in a Bureaucracy in India which he said was harmful for Indian Sports.

Honourable Sir,

I share your Vision of a Progressive,Clean and Developed India which you repeatedly tell in all your Major Speeches and agree with you that India must come First overcoming all Partisan Interests that divide us.

Let us leave all Politics behind and the Methods adopted by any Party to Win any Elections.The Real Job of a Politician does not end with Winning Elections but what they do after Winning Elections and coming to Power.

Winning Elections is easy Mr Prime Minister but governing India is hard.

If you want to turn India around find out as the Prime Minister of India whether you can Achieve these Milestones.Do not take this is as a Challenge but take it as Goals for your Government.Do not take it as Criticism but take it as my Friendly Advice for you.

.1.AS THE PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA CAN YOU CONVERT RULE RIDDEN INDIA INTO A FAST MOVING INDIA?

India has the Hardest and Toughest Bureaucracy in the World Mr Prime Minister.By the Time any Average Citizen deals with the Indian Bureaucracy and its Red Tape He will acquire all sorts of Illnesses like Diabetes,Blood Pressure and Heart Disease.I will explain to you with my own Small Example.

I and my Wife went to a Nationalized Bank for a small Petty Loan of a Few Lakh Rupees to tide over the Diwali Expenses by pledging Negotiable Instruments worth a Few Crores that we got through the Sale of my Share of my Family Land.The Bank Manager asked us to do that and do this and narrated every Rule in the Banking Rule Book and stated that I should get a Co-Guarantor to vouch for me and get my Income Certificate or Property Papers blah,blah and blah to get even a Few Lakh Rupees in spite of the fact that I earn more than 1.20 Lakhs of regular Income Per Month.My Wife got so angry with the Senior Bank Manager of the Nationalized Bank She minced no words in telling him that He was the Least Helpful Person She met in her Life and in spite so many Guarantees available with us He is making us to run around with his Banking Bureaucracy for a mere Few Lakh Rupees Loan.

Today in order to Circumvent the Rules in any Government Office there are only two ways available for an Average Citizen of India Mr Prime Minister.One is to Bribe the Government Official concerned or bring Political Influence and Pressure on him to get our Job done.

So Bureaucracy has not only slowed down India to a Snail Pace but has become the Breeding Ground for Corruption in India.

So today I was disheartened to find out that the Chief Coach of the Indian Hockey Team Mr Terry Walsh had quit his Job over the Sporting Bureaucracy prevailing in India.

Should we need this kind of Suffocating Rule Book India which is slowing down all its Progress to make it increasingly Corrupt Mr Prime Minister?

.2.AS A PRIME MINISTER OF THIS GREAT NATION CAN YOU MAKE INDIAN SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY TO BE ON TOP OF THE WORLD?

We have the Best Scientific Talent in the Whole World Mr PM the very same Talent that made India the Only Nation in the World to succeed in the Mars Mission in its very First Attempt and today Most of our Scientific Talent make a beeline to go to the U.S.Led West to contribute to their National Economy rather than our National Economy.

I had written a Letter to the then Prime Minister of India Dr.Manmohan Singh before the May 2014 Lok Sabha Polls to take into account the Major Scientific Contributions I had made in my Scientific Fields  seeking a Public Private Partnership with my Institutions and Research Bodies which have undertaken Path Breaking Research Work.I also cited the Example of how I led my School Student Research Team to discover Quantum Gravity Waves in an Experiment conducted way back in January 2012 to usher in the Age of Post Modern Physics that unifies all Laws and Forces of Nature for the very First Time in the World of Science.

In spite of his pressing commitments He was kind enough to refer my letter to the Department of Science and Technology for further Action.Subsequently Elections were held on May 2014 and you were chosen as the New Prime Minister of the Republic of India.But till today Mr Prime Minister I have not heard anything from the Department of Science and Technology,Government of India as to what action they have taken with regard to my Letter.

If this is the way the Government of India operates tell me Mr Prime Minister when can we think of making India into a Top Scientific and Technological Power one day?

Forget which Party I support or which Party I Vote personally Dont I have a value as a Top Contributing National and International Scientist in my own Field in my Country?

Should I also join the long Beeline of Scientists who migrate to the U.S.Led West for Recognition of their Talents?

Please Tell Me.

These are just two Instances I have given Mr Prime Minister as to why India still is a Developing Nation in the Globe.

I heard a lot about you about making Gujarat into a Model State in the Country as its Chief Minister dismantling all Bureaucracy and through your Developmental Programmes but as the Prime Minister of India how are going to solve Two Problems I have showcased before you which is killing the Progress of Modern India is the Real Question.

After the Government of India led by Mr Modi has started publishing the List of Black Money Holders a raging Nationwide Debate has broken in all Circles with respect to Black Money.There is a Famous Song by Internationally renowned Pop Star Micheal Jackson which created quite a Stir in Music Circles as it had an appeal to end Racism and to stop looking at People through the Colour of their Skin be it Black or White and one of the Lyrics in that Song goes on to say It is Black and and it is White which forms the Title of our Article.

For a moment Let us look as to what makes the Colour of Money Black or White.In simplest Economic Terms Black Money is what Money you owe to the Government of a Nation State in terms of Taxation Revenue and do not pay them to hide it for your own Expenditure and Assets.

There might be Places in India where there is No Corruption but there are no places in India where there is No Black Money.

Black Money is that Parallel Economy which funds Underworld and Criminal Activities,Terrorism and Politicians and Political Parties in the Quest for Power and the Real Estate Boom and the Fortunes of our Film World.

So Let us take an Ideal Case Scenario where there is No Black Money in India which is very much like the Ideal Gas and Ideal Heat Engine in the World of Thermodynamics where you have all Entropy or None.

In Advanced Countries like USA,U.K. and Australia Tax Rates are very Huge and Black Money Problem does not plague their Economies but have you ever tried to live in those Countries where Currency has very High Value but with People struggling to get Money into their Hands.There are Instances where People in those Countries slog night and day for a Few Dollars and Few Pounds of Income which is barely sufficient for their Living.

An NRI in USA who visited India after a very Long Time exclaimed that Indians in India had so much Money in their hands and Delicious Food to Eat and the People here were so Lucky as in USA nothing was given Free and not even a Glass of Water in Hotels and Money is very hard to get there.

For a Moment Let us Imagine the Following Areas in India which enjoy Tax Exemption are Taxed which is Real Estate,Agriculture and Education.

All the Three Areas which are witnessing an Unprecedented Boom presently resulting in Rapid Urbanization of Modern India would have collapsed.

So what should we do now?

Wipe out Black Money in India,Increase Tax Rates and cause Deflation?

Allow Black Money in India and encourage Tax Avoidance and cause Inflation?

No none of the Two.

The Greatest Government in the World finds the Cleverest Way to get Money from its own People without thinking they are being Taxed Indirectly.

So the Solution of the Problem does not lie in wiping off Black Money or by becoming a Tax Terror Regime as in the U.S.Led West but by converting all Black Money or Black Wealth in India into White Wealth that can contribute to the Progress and Development of India.

Let us say all Contributors who donate to ISRO and its Space Research Programme will enjoy a Tax Break,Exemption and Holiday and their Sources of Money will not be questioned by the Income Tax Department.

Let us say Government asks you to invest in their Road Developmental Bond,Dam and Bridge Development Bond,Health Care Bond,Research and Developmental Bond and pay you Tax Interest for the Deposits you put for a Duration of say Five Years,Ten Years or Twenty Years giving you Total Income Tax Exemption for not only your Deposit without asking for the Source of your Money and give you Interest which is also Exempt from Income Tax for the Particular Period of existence of the Investment Bond.

The Government of India without spending a Penny from its Pockets would have got all the Money from its own People be it Black or White without resorting to Loans and Borrowings from the International Monetary Fund,World Bank and Asian Development Banks.

The Government without any Tax Increase or rigid Tax Regimes would have Increased its Income,reduced its Expenditure and tamed Inflation by wiping off all unnecessary Extra Money in the Open Market and funded all Developmental Schemes that would contribute to the Economy of the Country.

Ladies and Gentlemen the entire Debate about White or Black Money is a Debate as to whom should we trust our Money to be with?With the Government or With us.If we trust the Government with our Money that we pay in Taxation Revenue what if they spend it unwisely and squander it and what if we have no Money to spend on ourselves?If the Government trusts us to keep the Money with ourselves what if we spend unwisely and increase Inflation in the Country?

A Nation where People do not trust their own Government will have no Future.

So how to make People in a Nation to trust their own Government in order to Build a Great Future?

So what if People voluntarily give their Hard Earned Money to the Government which generates Tax Free Revenue to them and what if that Hard Earned Money is Invested wisely by the Government to Develop the Nation's Economy?

Then it will be neither Black nor White Money but Black Money which will become White Money.

WE CANNOT LEAVE THE ISSUE OF BRINGING BACK BLACK MONEY TO THE GOVERNMENT.IT WILL NEVER HAPPEN IN OUR LIFETIME.

These were the Actual Remarks passed by a 3 Judge Bench of the Supreme Court of India headed by the Chief Justice of India H.L.Dattu and also consisting of Justices Ranjana Prakash Desai and Madan B Lokur.

In a Scathing Attack on the Modi led BJP Government the Supreme Court asked Why the Government of India was putting up a Protective Umbrella on People with Black Money in Foreign Banks and asked the Government to submit the Entire List of Black Money Holders by tomorrow.

The Real Issue here is why has the Topmost Court of the Land lost faith in the Government of India on the Issue of Black Money and why has the Supreme Court of India wanting to conduct its own Probe and Investigation on the Black Money Trial and Trail and not letting the Government to Interfere in the Probe and do their own Investigation?

We will tell you.

No Leading Political Party in India especially the Bharatiya Janatha Party can state with any Degree of Confidence that they have no Link with Black Money or Black Money Holders in the run up to any Elections that they have faced and for getting Party Funds for sustaining their Party.

The Recently held Lok Sabha Elections in 2014 saw Thousands of Crores of Unaccounted Money and of course Black Money going into the Highly Successful Poll Campaign which launched Mr Narendra Modi into the Post of the Prime Minister of India.It is no secret that the Entire Poll Campaign of Mr Modi which outsmarted the Poll Campaign of the Congress Party the Oldest Political Organization in India by many a Mile had the Hindu Business Community and Business Class backing it led by Rich Businessmen like Ambani and Adani who have major Investment Interests in Gujarat the Home State of the Prime Minister where He started his Political Career as the Chief Minister of that State.

Today if you take up the Entire Black and White Wealth of India more than 70% of that Wealth is controlled by Hindu Business Community Members who originate from just Three States in India which is Gujarat,Rajasthan and Maharashtra and which also happens to be the RSS and BJP strongholds.

So does Money Power define Political Power in any Nation State?

Yes it does.It defines Media Power,it defines Campaigning Power and it defines Membership Power in any Political Party or Organization who can simply support,like or join it for the attraction of Money Power present in it.

So make a Potion in India.Mix it with the Religious Solute of the RSS and the Solvent of the Hindu Business Community Money Power Black or White and you will get Modi Power which if you drink can get you the Nation's Topmost Political Power.

So if the Supreme Court raises doubts on the effectiveness of the Modi Government to deal with the very Wealth that has catapulted them to Power in Delhi be it Black or White.Are they Wrong?Please Tell Us.

So when the Modi Government in the First Few Days of coming to Office in Delhi opened the Pandora's Box of Black Money in order to shame the Congress Party.Guess for yourselves who got affected the Most.The BJP themselves.

What if the Police and Prosecution unfairly targets you declaring you Guilty in spite of being Innocent and brands you as a Criminal,Terrorist and Outlaw in front of Society?

To make Matters worst what if Courts of Law hands over an Unfair Verdict to you in any Case?

Who can help you in such cases when Government and the Law of the Land Criminalizes and Abandons you to make you an Outlaw in Society?

The Last Injustice that can affect us comes from the Financial Sector which can make us Poor in spite of all the Resources around us that can make us Rich.

What if there are no Buyers,Consumers,Clients and Customers for whatever we Sell in our Life?

What if we fail to find any Financial Investor and Supporter for whatever Land,Building and Business we own?

From Riches we can be reduced to Rags in no time reducing us to taking Loans from every Tom,Dick and Harry and to be in Bad Financial Debts ending up in Total Poverty and Bankruptcy.

Yes,14 Types of People in our Social,Professional,Political and Financial Sectors can make the World Unfair or Fair for us to live in.

But the Saddest Part of the Story is that there is little or no Punishment for these 14 types of People in 14 Responsible Positions for making the Whole World such an Unfair Place for us to Live in.

In One Story by a Famous Russian Story Teller titled God sees the Truth but Waits Justice is delayed and denied to an Innocent Person.

God must see the Truth,Punish all the Guilty who deny us Justice and never make us Wait.

Is this not the Prayer of Millions of People who are denied Justice all over the World and think the World is an Unfair Place for them to live in?

YES IT IS.
